In 2003 the company first in Ukraine installed a Cisco IPCC Enterprise Edition platform and evolved in Beeper Contact Center

Among Beeper Contact Center clients are companies from different spheres: insurance companies, foreign and domestic airlines, banks, build companies, motor-car corporations, electrical equipment distributors, domestic and office technique producers, mobile telephones producers, representative offices of pharmaceutical companies, leading Ukrainian food stuffs producers

For today more than 700 clients took advantage of our services for creation of different subdivisions and services (“hot” line, informative center, take order service, clients support, service, loyalty programs administration, users service quality control, etc)
