Dedicated Contact Center is an outsourcing subdivision, the operators of which work for one company-customer. Such subdivision can perform some functions of different departments or subdivisions of a company-customer, or it can perform all functions of one of the departments (full outsourcing)

A Dedicated Contact Center is necessary, if:

  • Special, subject skills of operators are needed (for example, literacy in working with special programs)
  • Certain specialization of operators is needed (for example, medical or technical educational background)
  • Operators are delegated with a wide range of functions and powers as the employees of the company-customers
  • There is a necessity of simultaneous processing of incoming and outgoing calls
