Beeper is the trademark of «East -European Communication Services» Company, which has been well-known in the telecommunication market of Ukraine since October 1995. For more than 5 years Beeper Company had been one of Top 3 leaders in the market of paging communications.

1996 – Beeper pioneered launching of the Motorola trunking radio system in Kiev

1998 – Beeper introduced IP discounted international fax services

1999 – Beeper launched a outsourcing Call Center service that was unique for Ukraine

2000 – The service was introduced to the market under the trade mark “Virtual Office”

2001 – Telemarketing formed as a separate direction of the Call Center activity; the first project Dedicated Call Center is started

2002 – Services of mobile communication operators help desks started on the Beeper company base

2003 – Installation of the Cisco IPCC Enterprise Edition platform and transformation to a Contact Center first in Ukraine

2004 – On-line-payment mail order project is started

2006 – Developed and realized package favor «Service Quality Control Program»

2007 – Development and administration of loyalty programs and Customer Clubs
